The brutal bombing of al-Ma’amadani hospital in Gaza was a crime against humanity that killed hundreds of Palestinian civilians, including children and women.
In addition to the brutal bombardment of the Gaza Strip, the use of white phosphorus bombs and the killing of thousands of innocent women and children, the Zionist regime has launched a complete siege and by cutting off the residents' access to the basic facilities of life, including water, electricity, food and fuel, a disaster has occurred. It has made another person.
The prime minister of the Zionist regime is building illegal settlements in the occupied Palestinian lands and is now displacing millions of civilians, including Palestinian children and women.
We, the Muslim students, strongly condemn all the above cases and explicitly declare that these actions violate international laws, including Articles 7 and 8 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, Articles 33 and 49 of the Fourth Geneva Convention, Protocol 3 of the Prohibition Convention. The use of some conventional weapons is the Geneva Convention and the International Bill of Human Rights.
We Muslim students want the following:
1) The immediate end of the bombing of Gaza.
2) The immediate end of the siege of Gaza.
3) Palestinian civilians should be allowed immediate access to humanitarian aid, including food, water and medicine.
4) The prime minister of the Zionist regime and his accomplices should be prosecuted for violating international laws, committing crimes against humanity, war crimes and genocide, including the following:
a) Mass punishment of Palestinian civilians.
b) Forced and collective displacement of Palestinian civilians.
c) Starving Palestinian civilians as a method of struggle and war.
d) Building illegal settlements in the occupied Palestinian territories.
e) Using incendiary weapons against Palestinian civilians.
