to report «iusnews»; Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian strongly condemned the fatal raid on a police headquarters in Sistan and Baluchistan Province, stressing the terror attacks can’t hinder the country’s progress and development.
A terrorist attack on the police station in Southeastern Iran killed 11 police forces and injured several more on Friday.
"Such acts of terror by those opposing Iran’s security and progress cannot stop the fast-moving trend of development and security of Iran, and of valiant Sistan and Baluchestan,” Amir Abdollahian wrote on X Saturday.
Following the bloody incident in the Southern province, Iranian President Seyed Ebrahim Rayeesi called for punishment of the perpetrators of the assault.
Taking part in the funeral ceremony of 11 martyrs of the recent aggression in the city of Zahedan on Saturday, Iranian Interior Minister Ahmad Vahidi warned terrorists against any move to compromise the country’s security and stability and create tensions in society.
“Terrorists will no longer have peace. They should know that they will never be able to escape from our fighters,” he stressed.
