Israel carried out heavy bombardment across the Gaza Strip since early October, killing almost 19,000 Palestinians, mainly children and women, and wounding at least 51,000 others, and striking hospitals and medical facilities. Thousands more are missing and feared buried under the rubble.
Maj. Gen. Salami said Sunday the Israeli regime is putting “more nails on its coffin” as it causes more destruction and carnage on Gaza which has been under air and ground attacks for 10 weeks.
Palestinian fighters have taken Israel by surprise on the battlefield across the Gaza Strip by inflicting heavy losses on Israeli troops. On Friday, Frightened Israeli forces killed three Israeli captivates in the Gaza district of Shijaiyah while they holding a white flag.
Elsewhere in his remarks, the IRGC chief warned the Zionist regime that turning the Gaza hospitals into the battlefields is no attainment, but a crime, calling on the Israel Defense Forces to fight in the battlefield like real warriors.
He concluded his remark by stressing that Israel and the US — as the main sponsor of the regime's war machine — will be the ultimate losers in the war on the blockaded enclave.
