West pursuing to create insecurity in Muslim countries

Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf says that the Western countries are seeking to create insecurity and tensions in the independent and Muslim nations.

to report «iusnews»; He made the remarks in his meeting with visiting Speaker of the Ethiopian House of Peoples' Representatives Tagese Chaffo in Tehran on Saturday, emphasizing that Western countries are seeking to create insecurity in the independent and Muslim countries.

Ghalibaf lashed out at the Western countries for the spread of insecurity and tensions in Africa, North Africa and West Asia.

Turning to Iran’s joining of BRICS group of the emerging economies, he said that the Islamic Republic of Iran has tried to expand its relations with the countries of the bloc such as Ethiopia since its accession to the BRICS.

In this regard, “BRICS Pay” can also be a catalyst for trade relations and Iran believes that there are no obstacles to developing relations, Iran’s parliament speaker underlined.

Countries that have established amicable and friendly relations with one another should stand together and cooperate bilaterally, he said, adding that the root cause of insecurity in these regions, especially Sudan, is the Zionist regime which is only pursuing its own interests in Africa.

The dividing Sudan into two parts, North Sudan and South Sudan, was also one of these conspiracies, similar to which it can be seen in Gaza, Syria, and Yemen, Ghalibaf emphasized.

The visiting speaker of the Ethiopian House of Peoples' Representatives, for his part, expressed his gratitude to warm hospitality of his Iranian counterpart, adding that Ethiopia attaches great importance to its relations with the Islamic Republic of Iran in all areas.

The two countries share ample commonalities and Iran has an ancient civilization and a rich culture, Tagese Chaffo stressed.

Turning to the economic relations, he stated that Iran and Ethiopia, as BRICS members, can use the capacity of BRICS to advance their economic cooperation.

The parliament speaker of Ethiopia acknowledged that establishing security in Sudan, Kenya, Eritrea, and Somalia is very important to Ethiopia, emphasizing the strengthening relations between the two nations to ensure security and stability.

As the political capital of Africa, Ethiopia is ready to expand its relations with Iran in all fields, he added.
